Some people don't get Mr. Clark's teaching style at first because he doesn't baby you. He explains his lesson quickly and lets you do homework in class so if you don't understand you can ask.
At first I thought he's really mean, but he's actually really nice. He's always there to help and Mr. Clarke is really smart and can teach very well.
He seems scary at first but he's the best math teacher you'll ever have
Definently the worst teacher Iʻve ever had. Hes like 100 yrs old and should quit teaching.
Getting on his good side is a must, otherwise you will have a very long an painful experience in his class. Also, his handwriting is highly illegible.
A stickler about time. But he's a nice guy and teaches well. He also gives time in class for homework which is always a plus.
he's an awesome teacher, makes calc 2 in college a breeze
You probably will hate him at first, but he gets much better later. You will guarantee get a 4 or 5 on the AP. Best math teacher I've had.
i got a 5! k, if i did it, spending the whole yr struggling, ANYONE can do it. he really wants all his students to do well & is a really nice guy overall.
I can't believe anyone would give him other than a 1 for helpfulness and clarity.
Very very hard, but the best math teacher I've ever had. The AP Calc exam is a breeze after taking a year w/ Clarke.
tests are difficult but has own unique sense of humor
one of the best teachers i ever had. i think he scared me into getting a 5...
This is the best teacher I've ever had besides Ms. Taylor. Mr. Clarke is so cool
couldn't find a funnier teacher! fabulous way of cutting down people!
Hard class, but if you do your homework, class is clear and he is very helpful.
Clarke was a great calc teacher, I wouldn't have learned otherwise
One of three most memorable teachers at Punahou. You'll thank him later.
Too mean for teaching; creates a bad learning environment.
Difficult teacher, but so willing to help. I learned so much from his class.
I DIDN'T get geom, but Mr. C made it the only math I remember!
No doubt that he was a difficult teacher, but he was more than willing to help.
Too interested in berating students than being approachable and helpful
