He's a remarkable teacher - extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. He's a brilliant teacher who teaches by concepts not by formulas, and explains things really well - that is, when he teaches. There are several long periods in the year where he's sick and can't talk, or he's overloaded with work. As someone who has him 3 times a day - trust me, this is NOT GOOD. He can be a good teacher, but take his class knowing that it will be extremely difficult and that you'll probably struggle. Good Luck!
best teacher i have ever had!!!!
ive only had him a few weeks but by far he is the best math teacher i have ever had. he thinks in a weird manner but it works and works well i hope to have him for the rest of highschool
If you are not good at the given subject then you will need to ask questions. What you take from the experience is largely up to you.
Mr Ebbert is honestly one of the best teachers I've ever had, and THE best math teacher for sure. We aren't just told facts, we look at concepts, and he helps us figure them out like never before. It's so much better than kno
Mr. Ebbert is hands down the best teacher I ever had. Anyone who does not like his teaching style has never been forced to think in their entire life. It's unfortunate, but those of you that can't grasp his "teaching method
I don't see the appeal - he makes his class about learning to take a Mr. Ebbert class. Do the notes perfectly, do the problems in my format, etc. Math ceased to be enjoyable when I went from Mrs. Pio to Mr. Ebbert.
Mr. Ebbert had an amazing teaching style. I took him for about 8 classes I think, and I think this guy could single-handedly turn the florida school system around. He taught concepts, not facts. He put so much time in for us.
We, as his students, are expected to 'teach ourselves.' A concept of his teaching method I cannot grasp...He is our teacher. TEACHER. Not 'person watching over you as you struggle to learn' Taking his class? AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Both Ebberts are incredible teachers. Having just graduated from college, I can honestly say they are the best teachers I've ever had.
He is one of the hardest at this school. You REALLY have to pay attention in his class, becasue the material is very complicated. Other than that you should go to tuturing, it really helps.
Mr.Ebbert is an amazing teacher. Im in his programming and I love it. You will hear Mr. Ebbert say "it's not about getting the grade it is learning the material."very true statement. Also really funny and awesome to talk to.
Ask to see his grade book. You will see no grades! Thats because his grades are based on how much he likes you!
i.e. How much do you like Star Wars?
I feel like he's not the greatest teachers if your not one of those students who just pick up Calc. And he acts like all his students can so if you don't pick up easy your kinda screwed
one of my favorite teachers! it's pretty tough, but he always helps us.
In his computer programming class he was such a bad teacher to thoes who did not know what they were doing. It was really hard getting help form him. He would always say..."It's not modular"...i was like ???
Great guy and teacher. I find him to be very easy (no homework). Only problem is the boredom for faster students, since he spends so long on things for the slower ones.
So nerdy... Not that that's a bad thing. One of my favorite teachers ever.
Mr. Ebbert is my favorite teacher. He is very talented at teaching. I can understand everything, even if it's not easy. He makes learning fun, especially slope at a given x-value.
Mr. Ebbert is awesome, and kind of weird. He has these theory about the following letters and numbers being evil: P|-|i1ip Ki53r 1ik35 4nni3 5nip35...numerology? he's funny though.
Mr Ebbert is a little weird... But he is the best Math teacher I have ever had!
Amazing teacher and overall great guy...Mr. E has taught me everything from Calculus to Abstract Algebra... Probably one of the best teachers I've ever known!
Awesome teacher, take any of his classes that you can.
