Had Mr Bonvicino almost 8 years ago in AP Calc AB and BC. Even after all these years I still remember how to do derivatives, integrals and optimization.. And I realize it's because he definitely did his job. Hope he hasn't changed and the classes are as challenging as I found it when I was still in high school.

Needs to take a good hard look in the mirror... when the entire class is struggling, maybe the problem is the teacher, not the students. Clearly he is not doing something right and the results show.

His students are intensely afraid of him. He takes any lack of knowledge personally. If somebody says something that is slightly wrong, he screams "NO." How can he expect us to participate if he behaves this way to a wrong answer? If he tells us after a test that we are not smart and that we are lazy? Teenagers are sensitive and are not able to learn in this atmosphere. He should try to treat us as though we are his children and be less hateful.

I had her in my junior year in high school, and I am one of his favourite student!!! I am so lucky that I had him for algebra 2 trig! Hes is the best best best teacher!

Best math teacher I've ever had? makes calculus easy. i'd give him 7 for helpfulness and clarity out of 5. he knows how to explain math well to his students, even when it gets complicated.

Bonvo is a very good teacher and a great guy. He sometimes takes too many points off of tests for not showing work, but other then that he is fine.
