Mr. Morse may be a tough teacher, but he will give you really good help if you ask him. Don't put off ANY work because his no due date policy WILL catch up to you...

He's the best teacher at Las Lomas. He's a fun guy and knows everything about geology. He's always helpful to everyone. This has been my favorite class ever and I also find Mr. Morse very inspirational.

He can be incredibly frustrating and he wants everything a certain way and he doesn't scientifically explain things and then expects you to write a paper on it. I wish I took chem. It is one of the most stressful classes I have ever taken and I have cried over it. I want to cry. I am being taught by a hippy who doesn't understand I don't know anything about geology and that's why I need him to tell me!

Mr. Morse's class is not an easy class. There are a lot of projects and they must be done by his letter. However, he explains everything VERY well, he's very nice, and if you don't do it how he wants it done, he will let you re do the project (and will give you very good help if you ask). It is easy to procrastinate in his class since there are no due dates (until the end of the semester of course). He is a very funny and laid back teacher, he lets me and my friends play poker after lectures.

Expect to write a LOT, what you write (from white board) is how you learn, study for tests and used for writing assignments. Not doing/lazy job will kill any chances of passing/getting above a D.
