Had him in the 1990s and I still remember him with a smile. If only every teacher had his combination of brilliance, humanity, and innate ability. He is the reason why there should be a Nobel Prize for teachers.

He is a nice guy, and pretty much an above average English teacher. I also had him for Speech in freshman year, and he can be pretty cool. There aren't very many helpful critiques when he returns papers, though.

Blatantly plays favorites, arbitrarily picked. Knows his stuff, but full of himself. Do the work and you might be all right, but it's really out of your hands.

Get on his good side and actually speak well, and you will get an HH. You can't blame the guy for it. One of my favorite people at Regis.

Wonderful. A class act. Memorable blend of smarts and wit. Great presentation. Fair grader, not a hardcase at all. One of the finest teachers I have ever had.

Easily the best teacher I have ever had for any class. Always quick to compliment, he is also very honest, letting you know when something is not up to par. Doc is a great guy and an amazing teacher.

Best advisor ever, I wish we had our old freshman advisement back. Plus he's a great english teacher, although his methods may be unorthadox, assigning the whole book at once.

I remember getting an M when I'd had all H papers, and he said my participation was low. Thanks for the heads-up. Great story teller. Mediocre book selection. Great for speech.
