The best, She makes you work but is a great teacher. I am thankful I had the chance to be in her class.
During the year, I didn't like Ms. Gaston much, but looking back, she was probably one of the most helpful English teachers I ever had. She may seem distant, but she is really open mostly to students who are willing to go out of their way to learn because she doesn't put up with kids who aren't going to learn. If you have her for core, you will get a 'there's the door' speech about twice a month. Listen to her, do your work, and participate. She appreciates it. Ask questions and dont let it pass by
She is unlike any English teacher i've had. She is closed, distant, cold, and a poor teacher. The only time she demonstrates any form of happiness is when she talks about literature. She is forever "underwhelmed" by her students.
Ms Gaston is the worst teacher I've ever had. Honestly she cant teach & her tests arent on anything we covered. sometimes she gives 5 papers/projects at a time & often goes back on the things she says
Ms. Gaston is a nice teacher. While she can be a tad condescending at times, she will make her points clear. Her class is far from exciting but you will learn a lot. You don't necessarily have to be really good to do well with her.
I love June Gaston. She is my favorite teacher by far at pomperaug. I went in hating english and now am considering majoring in it just because of her class.
she's really nice and likes to read really deep into the book... her classes are very easy
I don't care what anyone says. She is by far the greatest English teacher i have ever had. She really knows what she is talking about.
i didnt understand her teaching much when i attended pomp. but when i left to return to my original school i was the smartest in the class! thanks
favors people, assumes you are dumb, but when you get into good colleges she gives u better grades (from Cs to B+s)
She's just very random. She'll give you a 90 on one paper and then a 50 on the next. She doesn't make sense.
