I have to say that she was better than Anderson, though she could have been better in most aspects. First of all, I was in In Step both my junior and senior years and in my senior year, she gave solos to students who she liked best. She did great choosing female soloists, but not so much male soloists. There were only a few great male soloists she chose, but most of them rushed the band in show choir, or didn't know proper breath support. She is more professional than Anderson, though.
Unless your like in her little circle of show choir people she never seems to care or say anything to you. The only things she seems to care about is show choir.
