Ms. Stern is a highly difficult teacher that makes math class very hard. In order to get a question on a test right, you will have to do everything perfectly. She took off points when I made my 6's look to much like B's. She is very picky and may show favoritism among students. She is very strict about class rules. Immediately after a classmate brought in food to class, she gave him a detention. I have learned a lot however, but that is mostly due to the lessons planned by other math teachers.
Ms.Stern is an exellent teacher even though her class moves a little slowly. She knows what she is doing and can help you out step by step if you need that. She is a harsh grader though and will sometimes mark off quarter of a point for the smallest things. She is a good teacher and will get you through your math course
She really acted on the best interest of her students, but she was assigned to the lower math class all the time. She got the kids who were not good at math. She tried very hard to bring them up. She was strict and a lot of her students did not like her because of it. It was not easy to even to keep the classroom in order sometimes with the kind of students she got. She was a responsible teacher who did not mind helping the kids who had refused the help.
It's only been four weeks into the school year, and I already dread math class with Ms. Stern. She is the worst teacher I've ever had, and thats saying something. If you have her for math, try to switch out as soon as possible. Her teaching method is better at putting me to sleep than actually teaching me something. She is the absolute worst at helping you and won't answer anything you ask her in class. PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did. SWITCH OUT OF HER CLASS!!!
Ms. Stern could not be more dull. She is so strict and extremely picky with the way the answer problems. She will take off points just for the sake of it. No one likes her. She is the worst teacher in the school.
she is too picky and more about details than the actual answer you get, but she doesn't make the details clear, only how you get the answer she always contradicts herself and sometimes tries to help but ends up confusing you to the point where you think you understand but don't and she will try to be nice and explain but she obviously gets frustrated and I'm sorry if you have her as a teacher
She is literally the worst math teacher I have ever had. She does not explain concepts, and her writing is nowhere close to legible. You basically can't ask her a question because she doesn't explain at all and just gets moody. I'm a pretty good student in her class; I have an A in her class and have aced all her exams, but only because I already know the topics. I can see very easily how the other students who are actually learning new things are easily confused by her teachings.
She was very vague and ruined math.
Whether you like Ms. Stern ornot really depends on what kind of student you are. If you meet with her and do not talk during class, then you will like her. She does not give you any slack on tests or homework, butis really helpful on POCsand meetings
Mrs. Stern made math the worst class every single day. I used to enjoy math but that ended the moment I took her class in 7th grade. She was not very helpful if you met with her and was very boring in class.
she has no idea what shes teaching and goes through it at a ridiculously slow pase. she is my math teacher and i cant stand her.
If you have Alg II H then class is hard but if u see her in her office she will help u alot. class was really fun, has good sense of humor, great class. Very good teacher.
expects u to get things once explained&doesn't accept many q's in class.really nice, funny&is really helpful out of class but in classI barely understood her lessons. she lets you correct tests&raise ur scores if theyrbeloaC
She is a good teacher, but she is to strict. She is nice but paranoid, and gets very mean. She also goes slowly, but then makes no sense of her decisions.
Struggled through Algebra II H, but always sooo helpful outside of class 1 on 1, almost lived in her office. Hard class, but super friendly and funny, and really wants you to succeed in her class.
i hate this teacher. you can't even call her a teacher she's so bad. She's mean and you do not want her
Ms. Stern explains things well and has a LOT of patience. Her tests are fair, and she gets work back to us quickly.
I was fortunate to have her two years in a row, and she is, hands down, the best math teacher I've ever had. Fair tests; coherent, well-paced lectures and beautiful handwriting.
Eh. She's sort of cold and I barely remember her class. She isn't that great.
ms. stern can definitely be a little slow, but it is becuz she wants to teach the material as thoroughly as possible. she also has a genuine interest in her students feelings
Ms. Salerno is the greatest math teacher ever! Stay on her good side and if you accidently miss a homework assignment she'll forgive you. Tests are really easy if you pay attention
nice teacher. i luv her class. she explains things clearly. ms stern let me retake a test so i could get a better grade.
you really need to learn that we dont like to share our class momments with you and i thank god i am not taking algabra next year
Ms. Stern stayed after school for 2 hours to help me finish my project.
You are the most awesome teacher i have ever had. ever!!!!!
She's so cool! The best math teacher I have had in years and so outshines my 6th grade math teacher last year by far! Wonderful!!

Ms. Salerno is awesome! She made class fun, even though I hated my class lol. And now thanks to her I love frogs!
