She was a good teacher and cares about her students but she does pick favorites and makes it clear but that doesn't effect your grade in any way. She was a.... interesting teacher.
Totally plays favorites, don't even kid. That said, she is one of the few teachers I had at Hartland who treated students like people, with dignity and respect. She improved my writing, but more importantly I got good at writing papers quickly as I developed a process. Lots of class time to work on papers. Doesn't tolerate students who are combative or disruptive.
Very easy teacher. Lets pretty much anything fly in class. She respects that you are, or almost are an adult and expects the same in return. While the class is easy, go to her for extra help or for bi
Mrs. Carmichael doesn't pick favorites. She's pays a little more attention to those who care about their performance in the class; there's a difference. She's a very educated lady and a GREAT teacher.
great teacher. she knows when kids don't wanna work. definitely helps teach how to write. improved my writing loads. i never liked English, but her class was fun..
apart from being hilarious, she was a very effective teacher: high on learning, low on busy work. Really knows how to write a research paper.. but she does play favorites. More like hates some kids.
Everything is organized, well designed, and requirements are clearly stated. She teaches a good class, but at a very high pace. She's unmatched for coolness among english teachers.
Mrs. Carmichael, You and Evans rock! You make English fun and easy (by taking into account Senioritous and Spring break!!)
Ms. Carmichael is the best teacher in the school. Take her!
