She was a decent teacher and her class was pretty easy, in fact I think too easy for an AP Psych class. The only bad thing about her is she didn't let me take the final because I was absent. I didn't take the AP Psych final so she gave out the final on that day but I was absent because of the doctor and she never let take the final no matter how many times I would try to arrange a time to.
Mrs. Vaughan is a wonderful teacher and she has a quality that many high school teachers lack- caring for students and acknowledging their hard work. She provides each student with the tools necessary to succeed and anyone who complains is simply too lazy to do their fair share. Her positive attitude and nice little notes on our assignments are a daily reminder that we have a teacher who cares and that class can be a lot of fun.
I'm sorry but she shouldn't be a teacher. She doesn't know much, she gets everything from the book, if I ask her a question she tells me to look in the notes, if it isn't in the notes I tell her. She gets like "oh...well I'll look it up later" cause clearly she didn't know anything. She gets offended by things on social networks, she shouldn't be on those anyways. Sad excuse for a teacher
She is fun in class and she really does know how to teach. She has fun lectures and methods of helping us understand the information. Many of her students do well on the AP Psych exam, and it can be a
Psychology is suddenly made so much more easier and fun because of the way she makes even note-taking fun.
Always a helpful and has a fun class, but can go off topic now and again :)
Your class has good days and bad days but 350 of them are mostly good and fun. You make world geo. Fun and bearable:) so keep up the good work your a great teacher! TS
she's a good teacher, i like how she interacts with students. I have her as my geography teacher right now and she knows how to teach
I have ms vaughan right now, and this class is pretty fun. Teacher is awesome!
i love ms. vaughan! She is a wonderful teacher, keeps the class busy and has control over the classroom. She runs an ideal AP class. Good amount of work, fun activities and challenging tests.
very critical and sarcastic. but she is good at giving you ways how to understand them
Has a hard time controlling her class, but knows her subject. Doesn't like Freud much, but teaches his theories well. Read "The Interpretation of Dreams" as well as the book and you'll be fine.
As the year progresses she seems to be forgetful of the material herself... but she does give extra material to learn on your own right before APs.. but this class is basically independent study.
For psych, she teaches the first chapter pretty well but after that doesn't teach that much. The class is mostly demos. She could have prepared us better for the AP test. Lots of extra credit. Good to work on other homework.
a lot of notes. work is easy. not a bad class as long as she doesnt hate you.
