He's retired now, but in the last few years before he left, he gave an A to anyone who could pass the overly-difficult new standardized tests. I had (undiagnosed) clinical depression for the latter half of my junior year, so I barely managed to pass any of my classes and never turned anything in in Kramer's, but since I've always tested well, I managed to get an easy A. Mostly middling ratings because his assignments seemed difficult, but if you're good at tests, you'd have no problem.
Mr. Kramer is da bomb. I look forward to his class everyday. :)
I Dont have him as a teacher yet, but he's a really cool person that i know of.
