She is good at chemistry and very engaged in teaching it. She suffers along the way from the huge amount of material she tries to cover, but she does a good job of explaining things if you just stick with it. Great class, but easy to get behind.

I've had a really hard time in her class. I think it might have been easier, though, if she had taught rather than going over homework I hadn't done because I was totally lost, and if she hadn't relied so much on the textbook, which often made no sense.

I have heard people complain that she can't tell well, but my entire class can't see why. She knows what she's doing and can adequately teach it. I'm a little lost, but that's not because of her. Plus, she has quite the sencse of humour.

Her tentative grasp of the English language makes her tests almost as hard to understand as her lectures.

She can be REALLY MEAN. Watch out and stay calm, or you'll stay in class 20 minutes into lunch. Knows bio well, homework is tougher than tests.

Relatively easy, although beware the end of year condensation of about half the material in chem. Learned a lot in her class.

Dr. Kiesman is really cool, and I learned a lot in Bio with her. She's a strict Director of Governance though...

Good teacher, terrible subject. Dr. Kiesman offers extra help for those who want it. The presentation and sci-fi story helped my grade a lot.

MUCH better for bio than she is for chem. She doesnt really know chemistry and she cant answer any of the more interesting questions.

A good teacher, at heart. Was wonderful in Bio (she loved teaching it). In chem, she's a bit more impatient and doesn't put as much effort into the class.
