I'm not sure if there is a teaching hall of fame, but if there is, Mr. Yochum MUST be inducted into it. Most RateMyTeacher ratings are based off of how much a student likes a teacher or how easy that teacher's class is. And while I do like Mr. Yochum a lot as a person, I am basing this rating off solely his teaching. I especially admire the way he teaches us to write essays and understand literature. However, sometimes he can be a little unclear in his directions for assignments.
He's highly intelligent, with humor and helpfulness to boot. He can be somewhat disorganized at times but teaches well. His tests are notoriously gruelling, but if you're a decent writer and put forth good effort you'll love his classes. I strongly recommend Kyle Yochum for anyone interested in becoming a good writer.
Mr. Yochum, is by far one of my most favorite teachers, he has an open mind, and is there if you ever need help or need to ask a question (even though all teachers do, I feel he gives move insight.)
Really awesome. One of my favorite teachers. Told us a joke about decapitation.
Kyle taught me twice and is exceptionally smart. Excellent teacher that keeps your attention.
hilarious man! his class was the best english class i've ever experienced!
He was one of the more challenging English teachers I had, but he is a very cool guy and I learned so much.
Kyle is a god among men and the best thing to happen to earth since God said let there be really cool stuff
Smartest man in the school; best teacher in the school; amazingly hard class.
He is the only reason that I enjoy English so much (it's my favorite class).
