She is very nice outside of class. She is very strict, but I've learned the most spanish this year and have been actually been getting A's unlike last year. She can be extremely rough with the kids who aren't that good at the language, but she just wants you to know spanish. She has been the best language teacher I've had. I'm headed for Advanced next year.

If you pay attention in class and do the homework, you'll be fine. She tends to like you more if you participate even if she can be scary when you get something wrong. Yeah she's a strict teacher but she is serious about what she does and doesn't take crap from anyone.

She isn't a bad teacher. She is very good at spanish, but the only thing is that the quizes and tests are worth too much and that ends up hurting your grade. I had a B for a grade and i get a D on a q

Sra Pilch is the best Spanish teacher I've had. People complain because they don't like to do the work she gives, but I came out of her class knowing more Spanish then all the other years of Spanish c

I love Snra. Pilch. She is so helpful and stays after school any day if you need help. Though she may seem mean, she just wants you to understand the language and when you do, she's overjoyed. Besteva

I'm transfering to French next year because of this lady. She made me feel stupid in class everytime I don't understand something, and even when I go for extra help, I'm terrified about how she handles teaching. She can be nice at times, but I dread going to her class every single day, which is really a shame.

I didn't know how to form complete spanish sentences before this year. She is a difficult teacher; however, she makes you understand the spanish language much better.

The class is hard and she makes you feel bad about yourself by yelling at you for messing up. She is nice sometimes when you go in for extra help but she takes off points on the smallest bit of hesitance in answering a question.

This lady is very annoying. I have been able to tolerate every teacher I have ever had except her. She humiliates you and rolls her eyes at you constantly. She thinks we can speak spanish or something. It got to the point were my class just laughs at her when she starts picking on someone.
