Woogie is the best teacher I’ve ever had. Taking apush was the best decision for me! She works so hard to help students understand the material and is always willing to help you out. She’s not only an amazing teacher, but an amazing person. You’ll be lucky to have her for the year... enjoy it while it lasts

Woogie is great. To be honest, I didn't like her at first but she really grew on me as the year went on. Her lectures are vibrant and refreshing and I like how she ramps up the difficulty of the tests and essays throughout the year which really prepares you well for the AP Test. Take her class, you won't regret it!

APUSH is a difficult class, but if you did well in AP world, it'll be easier than last year. Woogie is a great teacher and knows the material very well. She cares a lot about her students and will prepare you well, but the drawback of that is that she grades essays REALLY hard (I always got C's on my essays but a 5 on the exam)

APUSH involved A LOT of work. You have to know what you're doing. Tests and essay's are really hard, and they are the basis of your grade. But, Woogie made me love the class and history. You learn so much from her lectures, and many times I would ace her quizzes without reading the textbook but just listening to her. Her lectures are so interesting and I looked forward to them every day. One of the most difficult classes I've taken, but if you put in the work, it's definitely worth it.

This class was the hardest course I have taken in my life. Woogie is very knowledgeable of the subject, but she expects people to have a lot of knowledge as well. She is extremely judgemental of those who do not know what they are doing (AKA myself). This is easily the worst decision of my life, I regret taking this class, and I hope I at least passed the AP exam. I now hate history.

Favorite teacher of all time. The class is hard but her students have an incredible high AP test passage rate. She's so enthusiastic. If you go in with an open mind and aren't afraid to ask for help, this class will be rewarding.

If you've taken AP World, this class is definitely a smidge easier, albeit still somewhat difficult. People cheat A LOT, and if you're reading this Wohlgemuth, I hope you can devise a way to fix this. By the end of the day pretty much at least 1/3 of the class knows what's on the quizzes, making it really unfair for earlier periods. There is not much EC in this class, so take advantage of it whenever you can. Overall, she is a good, energetic teacher who puts in her best efforts.

In the beginning of the year I really loved her for her enthusiasm but I've now realized that she expects way too much from us and it stresses her students out. She also makes you feel bad when you have to miss school for a few days. She needs to have a different essay prompt for EACH class because 70% of the people in classes after first period already know what to expect, and it's very unfair for first period, which often gets the lowest essay grades (I wonder why).

Mrs Wohlgemuth is really energetic and passionate about history but she has unreasonably high expectations for her students. The amount of time and effort that she expects is ridiculous and all of that effort somewhat pays off. Honestly I think she makes her students work way too hard in the couple weeks before the AP exam (more than usual) and she grades far too harshly on the semester 2 final despite all of the effort that went in along with stress. Its a good class but I cant wait to be done.

Her APUSH class is definitely harder than AP World, at least in the sense that essays are graded much harder, and there are a lot of lectures that you have to pay close attention to. You might not want to take this class if you took regular World History. Some weeks are absolute hell, but she does know how to make history fun. Two of the more enjoyable projects are the New Deal can and Counterculture Day.
