My time in Mrs. Schlehner's class was frustrating to say the least. I didn't learn anything new, or that my previous tteacher had already taught. However, I, as well as my class mates, were subject to tests that the teacher had not thoroughly, if at all, explained. In addition we were assigned projects a fair time in advance, but most of the class didn't understand the prompt and didn't here about the project again until the day it was due. Furthermore, I would suggest getting a dif teacher.
Class is a complete joke, Mrs. Schlehner has no idea what she's talking about.
She's a hard working and loving teacher
10/10 would recommend dropping
Mrs. Schlehner is quite the character. She's very interesting to approach outside of class and has quite a lot of entertaining things to say about her thoughts, but during class, she's very confusing and doesn't give clear criticism.
She does not make sense and does not finish her sentences. We are a month into school and i still don't know what a rhetorical essay is
I don't understand how Peggy Schle was ever able to get her teaching credentials. The extent of her knowledge is limited to gingers and feminism. She teaches AP English, but I would be surprised if she could pass the AP herself. The profound idiocy that is Ms. Schlehner dumbfounds me to this day. The rest of this infernal class is scarred by worthless literature and utter favoritism. The class isn't an easy A, unless you share her imbecilic opinions and are a raging feminist.

I don't like Mrs. Schlehner. Because I am a good student, she likes me, but her class does not help you at all. The AP Exam is easy, so we all pass, but it is not because she prepares you. I wish I could get a reasonable education from her. We do not go over AP prompts despite that she made her entire AP class purchase an expensive prep book at the beginning of the year. I wish she would explain the AP material that we are supposed to be studying. However, she can be a decent person.
The kid sitting behind me spark oted every book, did most of his homework in the 5 minutes right before class, and hid behind me so he could use his phone the whole period without anyone noticing. He learned as much as everyone else and got an A-.
I took Ms. Schlehner for AP English. Many of her exams contained questions that were illogical and irrelevant. I don't believe she adequately prepared the class for the AP exam, we'll see. Despite my comments, she is a nice person and just needs to provide clear instruction.
You either love her, or you hate her. Her quizzes are ridiculous, but she's a really kind teacher who wants the best for her students. And if you really listen to what she teaches, she is really insightful about things. She knows her stuff.
She is a nice person, but she doesn't know how to teach. She never explains assignments leaving us all in the dark and often confused. It's clear she knows what she's talking about, but she isn't very good at expressing it.
picks favorites, and is basically a class to slack of in. everyone uses spark notes for books, and for projects.
She's sweet but she has favorites and she doesn't really know what she's talking about all the time. A nice person, but bad teacher.
Mrs. Schlehner is absolutely hilarious. Yes, she plays favorites, and no, I'm not one of them, but I still have to admit that if you actually pay attention you learn a bit. She's so funny without meaning and sometimes probably says stuff that will make you wonder what she was thinking, but I'm glad
Treats students unequally. Also, easy essay grader but loses so many essays.
It's a toss up whether she knows what she's talking about. She barely keeps on task and her naivete allows students to take advantage of her.
I like(d) Mrs. Kyles. She gets extremely off-topic and most of her power-points were off the internet. Her lectures can be boring but if you listen you will learn. Got a 4 on the AP and barely got an A in her class.
She can be really funny but rarely says anything relevant to the lesson.
