I was actually just looking for Ms. Tabor to send her thank you note for being a wonderful teacher. I have been out of school for more than 20 years now but am a writer and editor, thanks to her guidance and push for excellence from her students. She may not be the most popular teacher, but there is no teacher from whom I learned more.
I am appalled at the way in which she chooses to belittle her students. How is the learning environment enhanced by her snide, sarcastic, mean-spirited remarks? It's time for her to hang up her chalk
Well..i had her for Spanish this year and at first i hated it b/c she had really high expectations...but i guess now i am really greatful for the critiscim
A teacher with high expectations but she made me a better student I really appreciate that.
Ms. Tabor was definitely tough, but fair. She was funny in a dry sort of way. It was in her class, that I finally believed I could write.
I had her a few years back -- she was challenging, but in a good way. She made you want to learn. Really kept you interested.
Ms. Tabor was one of the best teachers I ever had. She taught me how to write.
