BEST TEACHER EVER !!! IF U GET HIM UR BLESSED!!
SAKA!!!! hes the best teacher you will EVER have at elco! by far the best teacher at the school. knowledgeable, funny, and just overall a GREAT guy! highly recommend his APES class! in it right now, and I feel so much more connected and knowledgeable about the environment! if you have the opportunity to have him, seize the it!
SAKA!!!!!! God i love this man! I had him for AP Enviro, he is so down to Earth and amazing and I will never forget his class. Although he's a great person, in order to do really well in his class you have to pay attention and REALLY study for the tests. If you have him, you're lucky!
Saka is incredible. To truly exceed in his class you have to WANT to learn. He'll put in the effort to make chemistry as understandable as possible if you put in the effort to actually want to understand Chem (honors). Go in at lunch and ask him questions, he'll see that you are trying and will help you in every way he can. Lots of extra credit towards the end of both semesters. Semester 2 is much harder than the first so don't slack off. Always do the homework, those points add up in the end.
Ahh, where to begin. I had Saka for H Chem and AP Enviro. Let me just say that he's a G. Class isn't too tough and he usually keeps his 85-100 A, 70-85 B, etc... curve for the class unless everyone cheats or is disrespectful. Genuinely a great guy that really does care about his students. Even if you can't pay attention during his sometimes-boring presentations, don't talk or seek unnecessary attention, it will only make things worse for you.
Good teacher, i m not crazy about him, but he 's a good guy. i was in his honors chem class and its obvious he knows his stuff, but sometimes he didn't explain it the best, but if you ask him he will definitely help. Gives quite a bit of ec near end of year so that really helps your grade. First semester is a breeze, had a 98% in the class. Second semester EVERYONE'S GRADES WILL DROP!!! it is difficult so be prepared.
Saka is the most incredible teacher ever. He has inspired me to do better and aim for my goals and achieve them with hard work and dedication. I would not be where I am today if it weren't for Saka. You're the best, Saka!! :)
Saka is amazing! He makes chem so easy. i don;t know why kids complain about him. He makes everything so simple and so much fun. My friend and I stayed in at lunch every day to do extra labs for fun. He is very knowledgeable. He's a great teacher
Saka is a pretty chill person. His teaching is pretty slow and boring though. His seating system is kinda uncomfortable too. I had to constantly turn around to take notes because I was facing the back of the class. The class is noisy most of the time
Although Saka may not be the best, he really supports his students and helps them understand to the best of his ability. You're missing out if you don't get to have him as a teacher. if you've never had him, you're missing out. love ya Saka!
Tough class, great teacher. Those phrases always seem to come hand in hand, as they should. If anyone wonders why he always changes his teaching methods, it's because he is always trying to make sure his students are learning, which is the MOST important thing to him. If you don't understand a concept in class or on the podcast, TALK TO HIM! He will help you and make sure you understand everything. He loves science and shows that to his students. Great class.
i dont understand what all the hype is about SAKA i guess it really is a love or hate teacher and i would have to say my relationship was not a love. I got a C first semester and a B in the second semester of H chem and i have never have gotten a C in any class besides math until this class. He dosnt seem to care about his students and his test were almost impossible. Podcast are stupid even though i learned more from those then i did from him. Dosnt teach at all and dosnt curve a 89.4 wackkkkk
You'll either love or hate him. Part of this has to do with the fact that he doesn't seem to want to teach. Often comes across as a sleep guy. But when he's at his best, he does his job well. He also goes the extra mile by adding podcasts and extra PDF files to study from on his website. Not to mention he's a very down-to-earth dude. Honestly, if this guy took a five hour energy occasionally then he would be the greatest science teacher ever!
Saka's H Chem class is extremely hard and he rarely teaches in class. Lessons are online podcasts. Ask for help if you don't understand. He is really nice and helpful if you ask but tests are killer.
He's friends with all of his students, because he' so cool. Even though you can tell he is knowledgeable about his subject, he can't teach it to others well. Only take AP Chem if you are good at it.
He is a better friend than a teacher, i must admit. I love him as a person, but I had to teach myself a lot of the chemistry. He and i are good friends though, which is the only reason i agreed to AP
Easiest teacher in the world. I get A's and B's, so if that's what you get, this class is a CAKE WALK. Take him: you won't regret it. People who diss Saka are just plain stupid.
Honestly, I have never met such a bad teacher like him. His class is a joke everyone fails the test and he does not care, he just gives us harder and harder test. Switch out now im not kidding you.
Easiest class. Just READ, do homework, and study for tests (which are pretty easy). His class is soo fun. He lets you talk like half the period. Very chill teacher, love himm!
great teacher. just need to get used to him. he got us really prepared for the ap test. tests are HARD!!!
Best teacher you can have. Saka youre the man. Most chill class in ECR
Saka is the best! his class can be challenging but he is extremely helpful. His class was so chill though he is a real cool guy
Saka is awesome! His class is a little difficult and requires some effort, but he tries his best to make things clear and help his students out. Very funny!
Great guy, does a good job at making Chemistry fun and easy. Becomes friends with his students which is way awesome!
