I am currently pursuing my engineering degree. He was one of the best math teacher I ever had. I got As in Calc I and II and I credit that to my high school learning (you cover material all the way through Calc II) Prepares you so well for college.
Calculus was an awful class, especially for someone who had intense senioritis. But this awesome dude sat down with me one day while I cried my eyes out because I had only answered one question on a test because I was exhausted from working til one a.m. the previous night. He let me retake the test and passed me with a C even though I only answered half the questions. He might not be the best math teacher, but I will never forget him as one of the best people in that high school.
This guy is wicked smart... I just don't think he knows how to teach calc. But when I was struggling (I'm not real good at math to start), he really was fantastic and sat down with me to try to figure out how to boost my grade a bit... even gave me a C on a test that I only answered half the questions on. He's a really great guy, just not the best teacher... if you show him that you're trying, he'
I love the guy as a person, but I feel like I would like him a lot more if he didn't teach calc... or at least did a better job teaching it. Such a great guy though.
Great guy, but not the best teacher. It's like he got a math degree and just didn't know what to do with it.
You are and are still my bestest math teacher ever!!!! i have learned a lot from you that I still apply to my daily life..you prepared us well!!!!!
I had him for AP Stats. It's an easy class, and if you don't understand something, he's very willing to help. Also an all around nice guy.
unfriendly at lunch, hopefully he's cooler as my teacher in honors calc intro next year
Class is a Joke. esp if your a senior. ask for a 10 minute break time every day. He is a really bad teacher and doesnt' know how to spell
