Cares about his students and knows a lot about history but isn't the best at teaching it or explaining it. He gets very off topic and will talk about manatees or China for about 10 minutes everyday

Mr. Gilbert clearly loves his students and Byram Hills. I had him for both Global and Econ and he always made the classes interesting and relevant.

He knows his stuff but doesn't teach it. He also gets off topic really easily. Five minutes into one of his classes, he started to talk about manatees making love. No joke.

He knows his stuff, but doesn't teach it. He doesn't clarify anything and half of his tests have stuff we didn't learn about. Very hard class and he also doesn't check homework even though he assigns so much and everybody does it anyways.
