Mr. Bertallott is one of my favorite teachers at STA. He has a habit of calling on people who aren't raising their hands, which may make him seem intimidating, but one day I had to talk to him about missing his class and he was so nice about it. If you do the homework you'll be fine.
This man has zero personality. When asking for help, you'll either get an answer followed by a condescending remark, or no answer at all. If you have him as a teacher, good luck trying to learn from someone who acts as if his students have less of a brain than he has at all.
He is a funny, dark humored guy, but it is easy to get on his bad side. He is very strict about uniforms and tardiness. He gets all of his information straight from the text book, so you just need to memorize that. Class is really boring when he tries to teach, but can be fun when he is in a good mood.
He's very close minded and doesn't make religion interesting in the slightest. The classes are boring, and he makes you learn only by memorization. Also, his tests are made to try and trick you which
He makes students think! He's great in that sense. He always held us accountable for our decisions, which I appreciated. ~c/o'01
Probably the most unfair grader I have ever met. Also incredibly close minded. Honestly, lighten up and listen to your students, even if they contradict you
I think he likes to have fun but you have to stay within the rules.
the man is about as interesting as watching paint dry...have fun staying awake in his class
Mr. Bertalotto is cool even though he's an MU fan. If you don't like him its most likely cuz you have a bad grade!
You know what, I think he cares, and thats what matters. ~CO2003
