too good at math to be good at teaching it
Worst math teacher I had at CHS. She's nice, and she definitely knows her stuff, but she does a poor job at teaching. She goes way too fast doing problems on the board and just tells us to memorize formulas without explaining where they came from or why they work. By the time I'd copy down a problem off the board, she would have already solved it and moved on to the next one.
She definitely goes at a fast pace and doesn't always explain the topics clearly enough. But if you go before/after school and ask for help, she'll clarify the lesson and it'll be a bit easier.
She is not that good of a teacher. She will always talk too fast when teaching a new lesson and then yell at you when you ask a question. No wonder why I got a D on my midterm exam.
She rushes and hollas when you ask a question. Granted, there's a lot to get through, but come on!!!
I think she moved fast, but it was something I adapted too. I guess it's more like a college environment
She moved really fast and a bunch of students could never keep up with her. Then she wondered why we didn't do well on exams...
i used to enjoy her class although no one else did, and i had her for two years, but now with a different teacher, i realize that she did NOT teach material wel
