Had Mr. Elkes for Honors Pre Cal. Definitely one of my favorite teachers this year, really nice, a very easy class if you pay attention and do your work. He's very understanding and reasonable, and pretty funny. (: For some reason I found it really hard to stay awake during his class though, maybe it was the lighting in the classroom. He made what we were learning actually interesting. Gives a very reasonable amount of HW (like 15 minutes a night). Haha, so many inside jokes from this class. (:

Great personality. During our BC Calc lunch breaks, he would try to get to know us. How many math teachers can you find who can finish the Friday NYT crossword puzzle?
