One of the finest teachers to walk the halls of any school......and a truly gifted musician.
Wow Mike ! As a founding member of the madrigals ( 67-68 school year) I was so proud of the sound you directed in the following years. The #s of returning students and the music they made at your retirement should stay with you for years! There is NO better tribute!!!!! Thanks BCHS 70
Incredibly fine teacher - truely loves music and while that's not always the easiest to teach, it's one of the easiest of things to feel from someone like him. Great man, unfortunate medical "annoyance" as he puts it. It's sort of a shame that recent students only knew him after the fact...
They don't come any better! One of the most dedicated/hard working teachers. Those first years-The musicals-The concerts I know the other music teacher appreciated your being there
Mr nelson was a waaay better teacher...mr ravita is a nice person but is such a bad teacher. he got side tracked often. wishing him well in retirement!
I think theres a point when you just have to give up, and I honestly think Mr Ravita is at that point.. also choir is sooo boring now!
As sad as it is... he can't teach like he use to. He shouldn't be teaching. I'm scared to see what the concert it gonna be like...
his class is really boring and he gets side tracked really fast. mr. nelson is way better!
Mr. Ravita is probably the best teacher I have ever had. He really cares and has a passion for his music and students success. I wouldn't be where I am today without him..Thanks!
Nice person, not so great teacher. Is late or absent very often. We learn nothing. He's super nice but a bad teacher.
i really dont know him all that well....he seems ok as a person, but as a teacher.....uh...i dont know what to say
The cheese rules! :o) He's the reason I'm now doing so well!
