He ran his school fairly. The place wasn't for him, unfortunately. I was sad to see him go.

Best principal I ever had. Tough, but wants what is best for us. Goes to sporting events etc. Great guy who has helped me.

He's a pretty cool guy but cares way to much about the construction and not enough about the students. He honestly can't name 5 kids in the school.

tries too hard to relate to students..can't believe he used to be a house master at north..kinda big step from house master to principal..but he's a good guy

A helpful, nice guy. He does his job well. And he did us seniors a favor at his own risk first semester with the parking fees.

Overall, u gotta give it to Welch. I mean, as principals go, he's been there for us. At times, he's strict, but every principal has to be.
