Sensei... is hard. He's great, and he does kind of pick favorites. He tends to roam off subject, but he always used to ask me before class what we should do.
A lot of people may say that he has favorites, etc. but the fact is, you get what you put into this class. Hard work and effor are rewarded insead of perfection
he seems to choose the students he likes and singles out certain students, sadly, im one of them
I like him alot.. but I'm bad at Japanese. Maybe studying would help!! :)
Japanese is based on your own effort put into it, so the more effort you put into it, the more you learn. He's there to make it less strenuous more fun.
you hear a lot of stories, and most of them more than once. you dont learn a lot, but its a real easy 'A' ps. dont sign up if you dont like to "sing and ance"
Mr. Hopkins is a great teacher. If you're into Japanese, take this class. As long as you try your best, you can get an A. Can get off subject, but it's fun.
He didn't really teach us a whole lot of Japanese. I feel that teaching a language is more than going over the alphabet a few times and popping in a video.
He is ok, but he snaps for odd reasons, and gets off the subject (Japanese) a lot. Consider taking Spanish instead of Japanese...
