Mr. Reed is the most swaggy teachers i know what other teacher has headlights on their lawnmower. enough said.
Mike Reed is the teacher role model I have been looking for my whole life! He is the nicest man that I have ever met in my entire life. He is the reason I love GHHS. When i'm having a bad day, I know that Mr. Reed cares about me and he will help me get though this hard time that I am going though. Every time I hear his voice, My face lights up with joy and excitement. He would always say this one phrase that I will never forget. "Here are the notes for Chapter 1, Section 2."
He's the best Science O coach out there, as evidenced by our record of winning Regionals 11 years in a row. He expects a lot of everyone, but mostly, he expects us to do our best. He's really straightforward, which is a good thing, considering most of the SO team is made up of those straightforward types of people. And his dry sense of humor is hilarious to me.
had a very difficult time with his class, he had trouble communicating concepts and he seemed to expect more memorization than understanding. The exams were always designed to trick you into choosing the wrong (mult. choice) answer. Trying to determine whether you understand the content seemed too time consuming to him. Worst case of monotone and unengaged students I have experienced. I know he tried to make things more interesting/exciting.
A very thorough teacher, extremely knowledgeable and a great guy to top it off.
I've had Doc Reed for honors chem and now AP chem. Sometimes it can be difficult to listen, because he does have a bit of a monotone voice. but he's really willing to help, and he's a really good teac
Brilliant Teacher. Makes you think for yourself but is willing to help
I like him as a person, but the sophomore who sits behind me in Honors Chem explains things better than he does.
probably one of the most boring teachers i've ever been forced to listen to for 1 class hour. he talks a lot about nothing (like maynard) and doesn't really help you but makes simple things confusing.
I think Mr. Reed is the coolest teacher i've ever had. He's very funny and I love being in his class - Chad Hamilton
doesn't teach down to the student...expects alot out of everyone, and will go to great lengths to get it.
All I learned in chemistry was that water is *really* special. Wrote the notes on the board, we copied them for 5 minutes, then played the dot game as he talked
The class is great and Mr. Reed makes it even cooler!
Very nice guy, can be scary, will learn though.Never class, but good coach
