Mrs. Graves was the department head of the social studies department when I was a student at KHS, and she was one of the few teachers I couldn't "pull one over on" (i.e., when I didn't really know the answer to an essay question, I usually could skate by on just my writing skills--but not with Nancy Graves, I couldn't). Mrs. Graves definitely one of the best, smartest teachers I've ever had. (KV, class of '92)
had her all year for APUSH. greatest teacher i've ever had. going to have her next year for APGOV, can't wait. honestly the best teacher
One of the best teachers I had...was lucky to have her for U.S. and World History...actually challenged students to think outside the box and not take anything at face value.
challenging and inspiring - my fave hi school teacher
Incredible teacher! She challenges her students and makes them realize that history is more than just a bunch of events in the past
She's the reason I became a history teacher. Best teacher I ever had! (c/o '92)
I can honestly say that Mrs. Graves is the best teacher i have ever had throughout my 12 years in high school.
Nancy Graves = The most wonderful person I have ever encountered. This is the definition of excellence in teaching.
I wish everybody could take her AP history class bacause it is a life changing experience. Best teacher I have ever had and also the hardest.
Mrs. Graves is the smartest and sweetest person in the world. I enjoy going to her class everyday, because she makes learning intriguing.
Mrs. Graves is so far one of the best teachers i have ever had! her class is supposed to be the hardest in school but it is really sooo easy! she is so sweet!
Her class made me pass the AP. Her tests were harder than the actual AP.
I had Mrs. Graves 90-91 and 92-93. Although it was a lot of work at the time, she taught us so much. A truly great teacher. Made college history a breeze.
one of the hardest classes i've ever taken but it was completely worth it...she's a great teacher!!!
She is an awesome teacher and the class is worth it but it is a lot of work.
Amazingly good history teacher. I graduated Cornell University in '96 and still remembers her. That is how good she is.
she's a realli good teacher and she definitely prepares u for college
very difficult class--it'll prepare you for college, though
