h. precalc is tough in terms of tests (quizzes are easier) and the teachings, but you just have to learn to work hard. she really preps you for BC Calc AP...which I have not taken yet, but I know her teachings are going to help me. WARNING: NEVER NOT study for the tests...you won't even get a C, you'll get an F (50% actually...) because its all application and hardcore from what you're used to. *that was not to scare you :)...just helping*
When you first enter her H. Precalc class, you will most likely feel screwed over since she'll expect so much. BUT...the secret that I learned is working HARD HARD HARD HARD (100x over). So don't not try on the quizzes and tests; work hard, love math while doing it, and you will pass with flying colors. My grade was an 85 in October...but I worked so hard that my grade went to a 95 at the end. That's what it means...good luck!
Awesome math teacher!! made it very easy to understand
uhm, i think she's the best math teacher i've ever had. not gonna lie her tests
Really funny, makes class interesting most days. However, her tests/quizzes are really hard. They're usually not like the homework and it gets pretty stressful. She does give extra credit though!
Although she is intelligent and explains the material well, she tends to exploit and make fun of students. Extremely unprofessional.
one of the best teachers i've ever had. very supportive, always willing to give and share time.
I had her last year and she was the best math teacher I had. I learned a lot from her. She does care about students and that is never a dull moment in her class.
Mrs. Johnson is amazing she is the best teacher in the whole world. she is very clear in her teaching methodsunderstand. She allows food in class too which is cool cuz a brother loves to eat
Seriously one of the best math teachers ever. And I appreciated her so much more after our student teacher was gone. But anyway, yeah she can be unclear, but thats cause she expects you to open a book
Her teaching methods are unclear. I learn more from the text than by listening to her. She's funny and probably nice as a person but she isn't the most stellar teacher.
Mrs. Johnson is a BAD teacher, wait i can't say that because she hasn't really taught anything yet.
Doesn't really teach very much, but there's never a dull moment in class. She invented the McDonald's speedpass, and showed us the patent so back off
Awesome teacher, fun class - she understands the power of candy! And she reminded me why I love math again after the utter boredom that was geometry last year.
Great teacher. Awesome teaching methods, but hope silly mistakes wouldn't take pts off. But it is for the best. Great teacher.
I guess Mrs. Johnson doesn't like disciplining the class. If she knew how to discipline then our class wouldn't be seperated. Bad teacher and isn't funny.
OH MY GOODNESS MRS. J! SHE INVENTED THE SPEED PASS~ COME ON U GOTTA LOVE HER!
for all those complainers..mrs. johnson's class is a great introduction to any college course in your future.
If you pay attention, you get what she's saying. Not much different then reading the book though. But she's a lot of fun, Oh my goodness!
She makes math so so easy and fun people who don't understand the math work they must not really care about their grades in that class.U/could/ask/her/any/?/.
The class is simple for others, hard for some. she is very straight forward and doesnt expect tons from us in class so i dont see the problem. Shes pretty cool.
Awesome person, but I don't think I understood or learned one thing.
Mrs. Johnson is cool but its so hard to understand anything and I learn better from the rest of the kids in the class rather than her
She is so funny, and she expects that if you don't ask questions than you know what she is talking about. Instead of complaing ask a question. She'd help you.
Mrs. Johnson is very cool but her teaching style is way to hard. I would be doing a lot better in her class if she would take the time and explain problems.
she is kind of cool with extra credit things she never teach the problems on the board
Rushes through the lesson every day, says she is available for help, but you get the impression she would rather be doing other things
Completely different teacher than her rookie year. Her class is ten times harder. She doesn't explain problems, not flexible with grading
