Ms. Jolivet gives a LOT of busy work. A lot of seemingly pointless busy work. Then you graduate and get into a career and find out that documentation is everything and that paperwork makes the world go around, and you're grateful for her class. She can be stern and she does have favorites, but she is fair.
ms. jolivet is interesting. she can play favorites at times. just do her work. that's the only advice i can give and STAY on her good side.
I really did learn a lot from her class, but I do wish it were a bit more nurturing and catered to all the students, instead of the select few who were best in it.
One of the few classes I can say has taught me something that'll prepare me for the future.
BCIS is meant to be an easy class and is also an opportunity for you to gain knowledge on computer skills, she is a great teacher and teaches you many things in relationship and life
I don't see what other students are complaining about, honestly speaking. She's actually a great, as a person and a teacher. Very professional, and very on point, unlike many teachers that teach at
her class isn't really hard but she makes you do a lot of homework, plus print out a lot of paper for notes, she's ok to some people but makes me feel uncomfortable
Not understanding at ALL, favoritizes, picks on students, meticulous to the point of insanity, and quite frankly my least favorite teacher that I have ever had.
she always assigns useless and irrelevant busy work;she deducts points when students ask questions. once she made our class print out more than 100pgs of notes from our comps at home. total waste.
Ms. Jolivet is a great teacher. Very nice and makes the class enjoyable. Her class can really be quite enjoyable if you know how to tweak things in your favor. Her class was always one of my favorites
Try 2 help other ppl out if they are absent... help them catch up during lunch... she usually asks how many points u want.... u can put as many as u like i put 1000 and i got an A when i really had C.
Absurd work, a TON of busy work given that she expects us to learn from without actually teaching it. Penalizes people for asking questions, and even has a system implemented to make it hard to do so
One of the most unfair and least understanding teachers I've ever met. Very controlling with absurd rules. Didn't learn anything from her.
She has a nice attitude. VERY POSITIVE! But also... precise.
This has been a highly influential teacher in my high school career. She has functioned as a mentor to me and is not judgemental. (Almost like a 2nd mother)
