Sanford is one of those teachers who you like due to their personality but absolutely hate their teaching style. He's friendly and caring and very helpful but his class is a difficult one to take and he just sort of works out a problem with the calculator (shows us how to press buttons), goes over the warmup and then lets us do whatever we want for the rest of the day. Homework was very difficult and he never really helped us with it. Good guy, meh teacher...

He does not actually teach or explain much, he just solves some problems and expects you to know how to do it again.

I knew him since my 10 grade. He was my debate coach and advisor. He truly cares about the kids and he would always have your back.
