I love him! He is a really great guy and he appreciates hard workers and if he sees that you work hard he acknowledges it and makes you feel great. He is also so much fun to work with!

Mr. Dearborn's pretty cool, once you get to know him. He made me cry once, but he didn't actually mean to. He's a real sweet guy when it comes down to. Hey, he likes me, so I'm good.

He knows who you are. You may think he doesn't, but he knows everyone. Yea hes made some bad musical choices, but he does it based on the cast he knows he will have and always pulls through with a fantastic show.

He does really great things for the School of Visual and Performing Arts. All the shows are amazing. He's not the most approachable person in the world though..

he really is a genuinely great guy. i love being in his shows and even though he is tough on all of his actors he really is a nice person. i always find myself at bbq's and whatever with him and he always takes the time out to talk to me about my life and whatever.

He is a great guy. Difficult to work with but he is such a teddy bear but has this whole lion persona. I stage managed for him when I wasn't in the show and everytime he screamed at the cast, he turned and winked at me. He really is nice and I am glad he is still working on the shows.

Sort of retired - He has such a good heart - some people hate him but it's because no one really understands him. He's a wonderful teacher.
