She is nice but is a horrible teacher has no idea on how to teach and thinks she taught but she did not. Really bad teacher.
She is a very nice teacher and has an excellent teaching style. She moves at a fast pace though so you have to keep up with the work
shes really nice and as long as you do your work and go to her for help you will do fine
shes extremely nice but if you have trouble understanding math unless leniently studied than you might be screwed because shes not good at explaining things...she thinks that math is really easy
She is a really nice person at heart but can't explain math for her life. She always makes mistakes on her examples so leave room for her corrections. She has booksmarts, but no common sense.
Awesome, but a lot of work. Prepared me well for the BC test in a couple of days even though I took the AB course. Prepares all students well for the AP tests. Bakes cakes. Get on her good side!
very sweet. really intelligent, however not the best at explaining things. she WILL however explain it over and over to you after school if needed. the nicest teacher...
she is a decent teacher even though she is quite clueless sometimes. She seems to have booksmarts but lacks common sense.
(From Class of 2001) I had her for Calc BC. The 1-2 punch of Eason-Dever was awesome. I learned more in high school calc than is taught at the college level.
From Class of '96: Calc AB to start the day... wouldn't have it any other way.
it may be the subjects we r learning but she knows her stuff, just not how to relay it back to us. class goes by really fast though and im grateful for that
Calculus BC Rocks!!!!! Dever makes bake goods for us all the time, I am not kidding she is really nice.
She baked us a cake during during one of our tests because she felt bad that it was hard. She also gave us cookies during our midterm. Calculus Rooks!!!!
long live calculators, cause you gotta do something during class
(From Class of '99). Pleasant personality; very enthusiastic. As I prepare to teach math this fall, I recall how much I learned from her and admire her.
