ABSOLUTE UNIT AND A BEAST
I personally have heard nothing but good things about him, and I totally agree. He was a super fun part of my day. I was never great at NSL but I actually felt like I could go to him to ask questions or even just randomly chat. He is super sweet and I feel like he actually cares about his students. He pushed us to study hard for the AP exam and everyone I know in his class did great. His class was full of fun and helpful debates and a lot of group work. Just an amazing teacher overall.
Turned one of my least favorite subjects into my favorite class
he's an awesome teacher! I'd totally recommend him!! don't be scared to voice your opinion in his class! he's cool and I'm glad he teaches at Whitman
Honestly, from my point of view Mr. Kenah has been hands down my most favorite teacher ever. Not only is he incredibly attractive and funny, he has a great sense of humor and really knows how to keep the students involved. Overall 10/10 guy! I would definitely recommend him as a teacher and if he happens to not be your teacher, but an available class to switch into, than you should. I love Mr. Kenah and will miss him dearly next semester.
This teacher clearly has favorites he is not afraid to show it he is very nice if he likes you but he if thinks you're annoying he just gets mad at every thing you say
This teacher is very nice, very knowledgeable and knows what he is teaching. He is the coolest teacher I have ever had. The only "problem" is that, if he doesn't like you because you don't care about his class, you will not like him.
He don't teach, he just cool bro
Mr. Kenah is extremely knowledgable in his subjects, and nsl is so much fun with him teaching. He says things way to fast sometimes, and you can miss little details that might be important for the tests, so be prepared to be completely attentive in his class. (not hard to do) He's one of those people you just wanna hug every time you see him. Friendly, open, and hilarious. You're the best Kenah.
Really chill, may even come off as indifferent but is really a great teacher who cares about your success. Definitely doesn't teach by the book (all kinds of current-events) but that was fine-what he didn't cover he could easily make up for right before the test since he is such a great teacher. Knows all kinds of facts about history. Overall, easy going and I actually learned more with him and did less busy-work than with some other inefficient teachers.
Best ever~ He rocks! Lucky if u have him!! He doesnt teach much but u will still love his class~
Didn't teach a lot but he's a boss, his class is so fun
Mr. Kenah rocks! You definitely want him for NSL. I look forward to his class at the end of the day, and his scavenger hunts are a lot of fun.
definitely one of the best teachers i have ever had. Makes nsl fun!
the site won't let me submit this without more words...
Best teacher I've ever had. He is very nice, helpful, and really makes you enjoy nsl. He is one of the few teachers that I actually look forward to being in class with.
Best teacher I've ever had. He makes you enjoy everything you are doing...while keeping it relatively challenging.
Mr Kenah is possibly the best teacher i have ever had. I have had him for two years and he has not only the most fun and interesting classes, but teaches you the best.
if i had to describe pete kenah in two words it would be "ultimate bro". Best and coolest teacher at Whitman he also makes his class incredibly interesting and fun. he is also a boss on the bball cour
he truly cares about his students and connects with us so well. I feel so welcome in his class. I have never loved a teacher more. Very charming as well.
best NSL teacher out there. really good methods of teaching, like the jeopardy game. amazing notes for the tests too. i had mathis 2nd semster but i still went to everyone of his afterschool test prep
I LOVE HIM. end of story. i have never met anyone who doesnt.
he doesn't really understand the fact that nsl doesn't come naturally to some people. i happen to be one of those people and it's awful to be constantly discouraged and made fun of by him.
Great teacher. Makes the class manageable, and especially good since it's an entry AP class. Knows his stuff, and teaches precisely what's on the test. Very good notes, learn a lot in different events
awesome teacher, but definitely pushes you to participate (which isnt a bad thing), be sure to get on his good side
he is an excellent teacher, and he truly cares about his studies and his students, his classes are very informative and fun, his ap nsl class is a discussion based class which involves everyone
His classes are very difficult if you are not in his AP class. That's what I think. He likes participation which a lot of people don't like.
He's like amazing. I learned a lot from him and thought he was REALLY awsome. and i always looked forward to his classes and always had a kick-*** time.
Dosen't teach the material very well. Spends too much time on other things and when it comes time for aa test you bomb.
Easily one of the coolest teachers at Whitman. He knows his stuff although will crack down on you if you goof off in his class (I know he did for me). Anyone who says that they learned nothing in Kenah's class is just a complete moron. His AP NSL class is fun, interactive and fairly easy.
one of the nicest people ive ever met in my life, cares so much about your success, its incredible
He's a cool dude. Personally, I have no idea what you people are talking about when you say that you don't learn anything, because I learn plenty and I don't even pay that much attention. Kenah's a great teacher and a great guy and he gives kickass reviews: you'd be especially lucky to get him. Or Herbert. Or Elstein. Though I think I'm probably the only one who likes all three of these guys a lot... ^_^; So yeah, he's cool, switch into his class
OK-Went from a D in Gohn's class (don't get me started) first semester to an A in this class second sem. It was night and day. This guy makes sense, class is fun, he is not random, he cares, he knows what he is doing and he is a good teacher. Thank god I had him for the second half of the year so I could repair the damage Gohn's class did to my good GPA.
PETEY IS MY GODD. He is extremely professional and smart, and cares about students.
nice guy and hes probably smart, however, he doesn't show it very often.
I LOVE KENAH! when hes not teaching us, hes buying us food and making us dress like hippies...and dance haha
this guy is only 27 but surpasses most teachers when it comes to smarts and teaching ability. he's a true intellectual and most people don't even realize it
A cool teacher, friendly to everyone...but you learn NOTHING...once let us play battleship to teach us about WWII
in the beginning you are obsessed, then it gets old and you find out he is not so perfect normal like everyone else, but can unintentionally really hurt you
He's cool, doesn't leave stragglers behind. Has favorites.
learned a lot!!! good guy to shoot the breeze with i love you pete
SWEETEST guy! treats me like his younger sister, cares for his students!
Mr Kenah is such a cutie! and he's funny too! his class is the best!
nicest guy ever! very helpful with boosting your grade with extra credit project
AWESOME. kwl ways of teachin and make sure EVERYTHING goes into the spiral rite
the worst teacher ever and really mean and rude too!
mr. kenah is a cool guy... too bad i get kicked out of class a lot
cool to talk to, but i havent learned a thing all semester!
I love to talk about basketball with Mr. K, he's so cool!
Great guy, very helpful but don't take advantage of him
mr kenah is the coolest teacher in the entire world.
The coolest teacher ever a bit hard in grades sometimes
