not the best teacher. hard vocab tests.
vocab quizzes are difficult but pretty chill teacher overall
Hardest lit teacher ever. Harsh grader, never gives A+'s and never compliments anyone.
The worst teacher I've ever had. I went to extra help once and she said that it "wasn't something she could teach me, I had to learn it on my own". So what the hell is her job? I'm also 90% sure she didn't even read our essays. Everyone I know got the same grade on every single one.
she is a nice person and a good teacher but she is so hard. like ridiculously hard.
She's the best. Just do your work and you will do great. She is really nice and my favorite teacher.
Honestly my favorite teacher of all time. She made me love literature. She was always really fun to talk to and the most helpful teacher I've ever had. She cares so much about you learning. The best!!
Her class isn't that hard if you actually read every book. You are guarenteed atleast a "b" in the class if you just read the books and understand them. She is very kind and caring and will help out.
You have to work in her class, but she is a great teacher and she's really nice. She will help you with whatever you need and she is really fun to talk to.
it's hard but she's really helpful, she basically writes your essays for you if you go to extra help
I found her class really difficult, however it helped me to prepare myself for honors next year. She's a really nice teacher, it's just a lot of work (but what else do you expect from honors)
i love her. her class is hard but she is always willing to help you whenever is convenient for you. she's very clear about what she expects from you. she clearly cares about her students, she did a lot for me this year, helped me get back on track. she's amazing you're lucky if you get her
I've had DeVico this year and the truth is her grading style is really unfair. She even told us its comparitive and the people who wrote the best essays get A's while the rest get B's/C's/D's and often times its the same people. when I asked her what was wrong with mine she had no response.
i love miss devico! her class is hard but if you're actually interested in lit and analyzing she teaches you so much! love her!
She gives really difficult work, but if you go in for extra help she'll tell you what you need to do. But shes really immature
best teacher you'll have so everyone else should shut the up
A hard teacher, but at the same time a nice teacher. She gives a lot of work and it is hard to keep up with her.
the beginning of the year is really fast paced, but she is willing to help you. GO TO EXTRA HELP. it's fun and she helps so much! keep up with the reading. if you not good at lit, don't take the class
I'd have to say Ms. DeVico is pretty awesome. Unlike some teachers I've had, she puts a lot of effort into her job that's apparent in her teaching. Most importantly, she's always willing to help you.
I dont really like her. She teaches okay, but her voice really annoys me
she's a good teacher but who doesn't talk about a book, or even answer your questions, before the test!?!?!? lots of work, but you'll feel like you really did learn something
She is one of the most caring teachers I have had. She is hard because she wants us to improve. After my lazy freshman-year lit teacher, im thankful i have her this year. Shes nice, helpful, and smart
im a freshman, and shes good but shes kinda WHOA, like alot of work at once and i get soo stressed but at least she cares and tries to help when your not doin to good
she is fine until its time for work. we go weeks with out it but then randomly she piles it on.its annoying how we do reviews after tests and that we start books before we even went over the old one.
can be hard at times but she really does want us to do good in her class. she will help you if you need it and shes very nice about it
