Often not very understanding of your individual needs, his left-handedness makes it hard for you to see the board if you're on the right side of the room. Really unfair with class test time. Those before snack or lunch get extra.

He seems like a nice person, but I couldn't pass his class. He is VERY smart, but I think it makes it hard for us students to understand. I took his ALG2 class first semester and failed, and dropped out 2nd semester to business math because it was too hard. I took it again in summer school with a great teacher and passed with an A. I just think his teaching style is hard to understand. He doesn't allow many questions, and doesn't explain all his steps.

Ok first, he is extremely smart...no doubt about it. I would even wager to say that he is probably the most knowledgeable math teacher in the district and so cal, BUT as a teacher...he sucks. How can you justify arranging students in grade order... that IS RIDICULOUS!!! You have no right to even give a slightest hint of a student's test grade. He makes his tests are incredibly and unreasonably difficult. He treats basically like we should know and do hid level math.

His PreCalculus class is pretty difficult, but he knows A LOT about math(shortcuts, different methods, etc.). He is willing to help you if you need it. However, his tests are hard , but if you study and don't make stupid mistakes you can do well on them. Also, since he is left-handed, it is hard to see the board sometimes. Overall, really great teacher.

Probably one of the best math teachers I have ever had. He actually cares about how you do and is all about improvement. He is easily one of the smartest teachers( he knows all there is to math) and is really helpful. AP calculus is a breeze with his teachings . Spectacular teacher , should teach college( too good at math for just precalc)

he never ever explains the concepts properly, and the stupid miniquizzes wreck your grade. if you try to go in at lunch for help he tells you dumb college stories and does maybe one or two problems. if you're taking precalc honors pray that you get his third period class because you get like 15 minutes of extra time...it's so unfair. also know that he picks favorites and you have to be vvv smart to do well in this class. good luck...you're gonna need it.

He's an okay person if you get on his good side but has an "I'm better than you" attitude. He makes things much more complicated than they need to be and his tests are impossible. He singles out the kids who struggle in the class so everyone knows.

Really smart guy, absolutely impossible teacher. Admittedly, math is very hard for me, but every time I asked and asked for help, he couldn't do much besides do whatever problem over and over and ask if maybe I suddenly understood it. He's really smart, and a nice guy for sure, but I was just completely unable to get anything from this type of class; even with doing all the homework I barely got a D.

Extremely smart person, not that great of a teacher. Amazing person outside of the classroom, but inside, his material is taught really fast and is thus hard to grasp.

he is very smart but he does not know how to teach. he goes through the material way too fast and does not offer rational explanations. the tests are significantly harder that necessary and it is almost a guarantee you will get 10% or more lower than you did in algebra 2 honors. he is also very condescending and has a monotonous voice.

I failed his Math Analysis Honors class. He ignored the fact that I was getting C's or D's on every test and offered no assistance. My parents could not understand the material either, so I had no way to get back on track. Questions in class are met with his condescending looks and answers. It is unfortunate that he is the only teacher of one of the hardest classes at the school
