Before I go to college, I wanted to leave Providence with this. Mr. Randall was THE teacher at Providence for many years. Mrs. Harrill forced him to leave, as she has done many other great teachers at Providence. He wanted us to learn, to have fun, and to think about the world in ways we never had before. His methods were different, but his intent was always to help his students grow. He appeared strict, but did more outside the norm to help students with problems than any one I've known.

Randall was one of Providence's best teachers for a long time. He left this year, run off by Mrs. Harrill, who believes high school kids should be treated like middle schoolers. Randall didn't teach that way. He was real, spoke his mind, told the truth, taught things that no other teacher would even dare to try. He was totally politicallly incorrect, but like he said, so is the real world. He wasn't there to please parents, CMS, or administrators. Like he said, he was there to teach us.

Be prepared for sarcasm and name-calling with Mr. Randall. He knows civics and economics very well and expects his students to keep up with him during lectures. However, he often goes off on tangents during notes, some of which bordered on offensive. So bring your sense of humor and a good memory and he is not too hard

Love Randall. Funny, teaches outside the box. Not really hard if you take his notes. Everyone thinks they know him, but its because they never had him.

Always funny, loves for you to argue with him. Tries to help you learn who you are. Kids who don't like him are the ones living with their parents when they're 40. Helps you grow up before college.

Many kids are intimidated by Randall, only because they have never acutually experienced his class. Those who know him, love him. Teaches us things our parents never did. You'll never forget him.

Sometimes he scares you, but he always makes you laugh. Tests are hard, but the rest of class is easy. Great discussions about things that really matter. He's picky, but makes you a better person.

Randall is hilarious. He makes a lot of stuff up. But he usually ends up right anyway. Totally full of himself, knows no shame, completely unprofessional. But one of my favorite teachers all the same.

Expects much from students. Hilarious, but clearly in control. Do what he says, expect bluntly honest responses and critiques. Unlike most other teachers, prepares you for life, the good and bad.

Overly Critical and knows nothing about Econmics. His idea of teaching is throwing some worksheets to a bunch of smart kids and hoping that they will learn without any instruction.
