Weird, quirky, moody, odd...Picks favorites and if you aren't "chosen" you will have a rough year. Some kids love her; they were the favorites. She doesn't grade things quickly, so you can have up to 80% ungraded work before the semester. How can you determine your grade from that? She appears helpful and available, but that is for the parents benefit. Petty is the best word to describe her.
She is an amazing teacher. One of my favorites.
Legit, the best teacher I've ever had. She teaches so well and really cares about getting kids motivated for computer science instead of grades and labs.
Ms. Galanos is probably the best Computer Science teacher at TJ. She has experience in real life, so she knows what is really important for students to learn. Her curriculum is not always the same as the other teachers' but it is better. She is a great teacher, and all of her assignments, quizzes, and tests are always fair. I'm glad I had her as a teacher!
I LOVE Ms. Galanos! She's 100% lax about assignments and she's always there to help. She is the #1 compsci teacher at TJ.
