He's helpful when you truly do not get something but the way he teaches is more like honors. Most of my fiends have CP and the things they learn, the hw, and th quizzes they have are all so much easier than what Acton gives his students. I have never encountered him being rude to a student, in fact he's actually a pretty chill teacher with eating and phone use. I have a tutor in this class, and I understand everything , yet somehow stay at a C+ to B level. Good person, good teacher, hard class.

I learned a lot of valuable knowledge for life in his class which was good but his class was so freaking hard!!! He was the only teacher I had that gave homework and he gave a ton of it. He annoys me and was rude so I don't really like him. But you do learn some important stuff and you also get fusterated on how hard his class is, whatever.

When I walked into his class I felt like I was in a low budget 80s movie. Great guy though!

Mr. Acton is one of the best math teachers that I have ever had! In 8th grade I had an Algebra I teacher that didn't teach a thing and caused me to hate my once favorite subjects, math. After being in Mr. Acton's class, my love for math has been renewed. I at first struggled to understand the concepts of Geometry, due to the fact I didn't know much Algebra. I came to see him outside of class, and he was able to answer any questions I asked. He is very nice and VERY, VERY helpful.

Maybe not my favorite or anything but definitely will help as much as needed as long as you take the time and will never get annoyed with stupid questions.

Mr. Acton is the most helpful teacher I have this year. I'm not the best at Math, and Mr. Acton will answer ANY question I ask him. By taking good notes, and doing the homework properly, I can easily hold an A in the class. As long as you work hard, you will do fine! Awesome Teacher; Much Help!

He should be restricted to teach honors classes. My daughter had him, she struggled with math and his tests cover material not covered in class and trick questions. Bad experience.

As a parent that had two students go through his class, his expectations are high but I appreciate a teacher who demands only the best from his students. I have lots of respect for Mr. Acton.

Acton is definitely NOT an easy teacher, you will walk into the classroom on testing day believing you know everything about the given chapter and then bomb the exam. This is because he puts questions on that involve a higher level of thinking, stuff we've never even attempted in class.
