If you do what you're supposed to do, it'll be a breeze. I sat in the front, answered a question each day, and did all my homework in class. His rants and catch phrases are also hilarious (Well, I don't know. Maybe you should have read the book.)
haha all i have to say= "uhh, uh,uhh,uh,uhhh" one class period we counted he said "uh" 163 times. most boring class i ever took. pierce is rude but really funny and its fun to mess with him cuz he actually has a good temper
easiest gov class ever because you basically have the test in front of you. sorta difficult to understand the material and trust me you will suffer if you dont. other than that , fun guy and great class to be in
I was lucky enough to have this guy for 2 years (con law and gov) in con law the trials are awesome even though they are a lot of work. He is funny when his insults arnt directed toward you. In gov it's a different story, since he actually has to teach. A little funny moments here and there but mainly extremely boring. He isn't fun and his insults were way better in con law. Drop his gov class and take con law.
Mr. Pierce is a smart teacher, but sometimes he has trouble translating his knowledge in a way that students can understand. He often goes on tirades, and if you are unlucky he will single you out in front of the class. Other than that he can be pretty funny. The key to his con law class is to pay attention and don't make the same mistake twice!
do the homeowrk! he will know if you didnt. as long as you do that you will be on his good side. dont get on his bad side and you will be fine. i had him twice and loved him!
Even though at times he singles you out and goes on his one hour scream fest, Mr. Pierce is a great teacher. he has a funny sense of humor and made con law.......interesting. The constructive criticism will hurt and you may never win an argument, but the trials are hilarious, even though you basically learn nothing. fun guy
though he does challenge your thinking and teach in an interesting way, he can be extremely offensive and inulting at inapropriate times. he has to learn how to teach/intrigue the class without stomping all over students to the point of severe intimidation. stay secure in front of him.
People say hes pretty hard, but just get on his good side, i really liked him and look forward to his class, dont be scared
Although his AP euro class is boring and he's rude, sarcastic, and offensive, I have to admit You'll be walking out at the end of the year with some memorable, funny moments.
i think you have to have a dry sense of humor if you're going to have mr. pierce. although, he can be tough he really prepares you for the AP test. i got a 4.
Very dry, sarcastic, offentimes offensive(not personally however) humor. Teaches the class like it should be taught: to the point. Brilliant teacher and man.
Mr.Pierce challenges his students to think and accept personal responsibility. Anyone who did'nt like him obviously failed the challenge.
Mr. Pierce treats his students as adults. Those who cry are immature. The man gives great lecutres and will get you a good grade on the ap test. ok, so he has his quirks, but that makes class more interesting. hey, i got a 5 on the ap euro test.
He may know a lot and have been a good lawyer,But we're not college students, even if it's an AP class. He's boring and doesn't teach, just reads a off notes for his lecture. His sarcasm'sfunny but lost on us.And what's up with him leaving class for 10mins
mr pierce is one classy guy. he is probably the most intelligent, well rounded teacher at shs. he is really just too classy for that school
Mr. Pierce is the most borring, rude, confusing teacher. I think he made it his personal goal to make people in his class cry. Never take con law. He yelled at me for getting help with homework, and by the end of the semester he barely even knew my name.
wow, does anyone leave that classroom not in a state of confusion?
