Sir,is the man. He loves Trump and loves America. I respect that
Commander is a great teacher. He usually makes my day with his lessons. Doesn't really teach a lot from the book but more about the real world and how to succeed. He made me more of a people person and I'm still changing for the best. Keep it up Commander!!!
LCDR is a great guy and I have so much respect for him! I think some of the negative comments below are meant for the old Master Sergeant who was fired. LCDR is seriously a great teacher! His recommendations got me a full ROTC scholarship.. don't know where I would be without him.
LCDR is very relaxed but always makes you work hard for your grades and to keep them up.
This unit needs Master Sergeant back. Lieutenant Commander is nowhere near the leader that MSGT is/was. This unit will NEVER be the same
i really didnt like him hes so unwilling to go help plp
Lcdr Hayman is very unorganized, and doesn't know how to teach. Cadets, don't listen to anything he says because he is the prime example of what not to do or act in the real world.
Now, if you're going to make rules, wouldn't it make sense to stick by them? if you change those rules wouldn't it make sense to let the cadets in on them?? ..just a thought.
commander ur a great teacher and ur funny keep up the good work
He helped tutor me. For that I will always be greatful. It showed he truly cared and that he knows how important grades in other classes are.
Ur cool, but sometimes kinda odd, it kinda makes me chuckle, so its ok, ur a awsome guy, i wish u would tell us some more stories though, u never do
You're a great guy LCDR Hayman, even though you probably don't read these anyway, keep things the way they are.
He is very nice and he always has candy in his surfing jar!!!!! He makes something really boring ( orders to the sentry) FUN!
You are a cool teacher and an awesome leader! Don't ever change LCDR Hayman
try to show a little more emergy when youre teaching. and let the cadets make more of the final decisions on cadet matters, just voice your opinion on their matters.
