I had her for AP Spanish Lang. and I actually thought that my spanish became worse with her. She is very moody and gives way too much usually pointless homework. Her tests vary in difficulty too much.

Tons of HW, but it's necessary to learn language. Doesn't understand questions well but is a native speaker. She's nice if you are on time and make an effort. Teaches by reading book to us in class

Way too serious and strict. She treats TA like it is a class. She makes us do study hall and sit in alphabetical order

Sra Rodriguez taught me everything I needed to know for the AP and for Spanish Lit. I had her for 3 and AP, and I learned so much in those two years. She gets a slow start, but overall, she is amazing

GIves a lot of homework and sometimes she gets really mad about small things, but she's nice if you do at least some work. Talks alot (everyone's heard the Cuba story), but she does answer questions.

Spanish 3 is the most boring class I have this year. During the first semester, I had to sit through everything that I learned the previous year in Sra. Whitten's class. She teaches the same thing approximately five times, and always goes into detail abou the simple things but never really covers the more difficult stuff. And she gives you assignments that are appropriate for elementary school, ie. write a ten word poem and put it on a paper heart and decorate it.

We're halfway through the year and we still haven't done anything new. I'm wondering why we don't just take the AP after spanish 3.

She's actually one of the nicest teachers I've had, even though she comes off as unfriendly. The only teacher who accepts work weeks later w/o penalty. sometimes stubborn and doesn't teach well for a native speaker. very easy class if you study or are good at spanish

i had her for ap spanish and i hated it. try as hard as you can to get dra konz. she might speak spanish, but she most certainly cannot teach it, adn when she tries to explain anything (in english or spanish) she fails miserably. best thing you can do is zone out... or do your homework for the next class. you can get a b+ without trying though. beware of red book as prep for the ap

I liked her because she wasn't Becker. But all we do is busywork that has seemingly no real purpose. And she's not the best at explaining the grammar. I still think she's an awesome lady, but I'm so sick of her class.

After a half year of exploratory spanish and 2 full years of spanish, i think I've learned more spanish in this first semester with Sra. Rodriguez that the other 2 1/2 years combined. She does give a lot of homework tho, and think the tests are hard but everyone else seems to get better test grades than me no matter how hard I study.

spanish w/ Rodriguez is actually AP Mindreading. She tries to teach after tests, but even then doesn't suceed. You have to teach yourself.
