I dislike her. I needed help my freshman year and couldn't help me. This current year my schedule was messed up and she did help me out, yet it took quite a while and I was often interrupted by other things. If I schedule time with her, I don't want to be interrupted as if I'm of second-importance. As long as she can get done what needs to be done, especially with college I'm okay with her. I do feel somewhat bad knowing that she has like 300 students to look after.
I am a senior and am very glad that Mrs. Hochheiser was my counselor.
My own counselor was out, so she filled in and got me through a very hard time.
Best counselor in the entire world. Any student who is fortunate enough to have her should feel lucky! You may not immediately agree with her advice, but she almost always right and she always has your best interest in mind.
nice lady, but a pain when it comes to college admissions...told me i wouldnt get into the college im currently attending and also that i wouldnt get into the UD honors program (which i did)...
i <$ mrs. hochheiser. great counselor helps me switch out of those awful classes i was stuck in.
She was a great person to me. Helped me through some tough times and helped me get into college. What's with all the bad feelings about her?
Counselor?? In what. She collects a check and does nothing else. Most at BHS don't
I really like her. She took me to a women's convention and really helped me through difficult school times. she is an awesome counselor.
She didnt let me change my schedule and screwed me over in my first two years. Not helpful and not reliable.
Like having no counseler at all, students are forgotten and ignored
she'll tell you you can't get into college anywhere, and is totally not helpful.
