She is personally responsible for my philosophical awakening. Saw the world in a new way after taking her class.

Just found my yearbook from 1981. What I remember from Mrs. Smith is of kindness and caring attitude.
Thank you for being such a positive person in my life.

Miss. Smith is seriously the greatest teacher if you know how to stay on her good side. I guess I can only say that because i'm definitely a favorite. There's pretty much never any homework and personally I think the class is pretty fun. The in class essay's every other friday is kinda annoying, but if you're prepared they're not that hard. Seriously disappointed that she's retiring this year, otherwise I would definitely take AP English with her next year. Love ya Miss. Smith!

I love this woman! If you are prepared for her class it is incredibly worthwhile. If you aren't then you're wasting everyones time including hers. She is incredibly wise, and treats you as if you are

Absolutely terrible teacher. You don't learn anything during the year and instead of preparing for the AP she wastes time with discussion. She is completely useless and has to use threats in class.

Has a tendancy to turn into a cat and follow students through Europe, but other than that she is an awesome teacher. Not that I have her... or ever had... but that's irrelevant.

Good teacher. Some people love her, others hate, but in the end you'll be glad you got her. Make a point to have a good class discussion ,and everything will be good. No preperation = silent class.

K i havn't actually had her as a teacher just as a debate coach and she rocks at that but she is a touch coach so i can only guess how she is as a teacher

Though she doesn't teach that much, she is really very fair. Gives you a LOT of freedom, like a college course.
