Mrs. Solsky was an amazing teacher. I was indeed, one of the favorites. It was because I needed her extra attention and she knew without it I would fade into the background. I wasn't any good at physics but since she saw I was making an effort, she went the extra mile to help me. Her kindness was never forgotten. So my advice to the non-favorites, give her the respect she most certainly deserves, be a kind person, and reach out to her, with sincerity in your heart, if you need the help.
Hands down, best chemistry teacher ever. Tested out of 2 years of college chem after her class. Had meetings at her house to help kids study. See people posting that she has favorites. If kids who show up to class, prepared and ready to learn is playing favorites, then so be it.
Sharon definitely plays favorites, i.e. the top students in her class. She comes off as wanting students to do well just to improve her own image. However, she is nice and adds random points to tests.
She is such a fun, understanding person and I love her class. Sometimes it is hard though because she doesn't always explain well.
Knows Chemistry better than the spelling of her own name. Has favorites, but cares about her students very much, can be very helpful, but doesn't relate well to what students do and do not know.
She adds points on to our test if we do flashcards. but she also plays favorites
