The first OJ verdict came out while I was sitting in TK's economics class, so it has been a little while. I found him to be no nonsense, but perfectly fair. His classes were relevant and packed with information. He typically included information from current events in lectures. I learned a lot in his class. I found him to be a good teacher, but he's not one to spoon feed information. You have to be a grown up and study.
He was also my track coach. I don't miss the black Monday workouts.
Mr. Kozma was an excellent teacher and helped me think outside the box when I was a student. Recently I had the opportunity to let one of his students shadow our employees and I was impressed with his
I had him in 1981 - I know - a long time ago!! But I still remember him being very topical and practical in his teaching methodology and lesson plans. The lessons you learn there will help you understand and react to the world for a long time. Best wishes TK - glad to see you still there. David Howard - class of 1982
Hands down best teacher at SHS incorperates real world ideas in classroom. p.s(sorry bout the final)
Mr. Kozma has high expectations for his students but rewards those who work hard. He was a great econ teacher.
TK$ was great at preparing me for the AP test, and relating econ to real life.
Two fives on the AP test from someone who knew nothing about Econ. Do the work and you will do well on the tests.
mr. kozma was not HARD, you just had to do your work. i learned a lot, and def. think it prepped me for college. you just can't slack in his class..good teacher
