Mme. Touzeau was easily one of the best french teachers I have ever had. Seriously, she was knowledgeable, kind, and very persistent - she keeps everyone on top of their homework whether they want to be or not. I will miss her so much!!! She's hard at first, but once you get used to it, you appreciate it so much!
I've had Mme Touzeau for the past four years, and although I wasn't her biggest fan at first, I have come to love this lady. She is such a sweet person and genuinely does care about all her students. She is clearly very knowledgeable about the French language and even though at times I cannot understand her, the fact that she only speaks to us in French is really good. I am so glad I have had her and even though some of you don't feel the same, I think she's an awesome teacher and person.
Her use of "n'est-ce pas" will make you want to shove a knife down your and her throat. Her french is as exaggerated as her ugly sandals. her bottom concaves to match her horrid style. The slope of her crispy hair resembles the cliff you want to jump off the second you enter her room. "Pas d'anglais" constantly escapes her mouth, inciting a homicidal flame to be calmed by the sweet sound of the bell. Her teaching is horrific, and the blame of failures are shoved on the students and old teachers
Nice to me, but terrible teacher. We do too much in an honors class. Got a low A's countless times that it makes me cry.
I come in for help at lunch once every two weeks, and she is always helping her ap French students, not people who actually need help. She is very judgmental, and is not at all understanding. She gives way too many oral exams, and of you have been sick the days before a test, she makes you take it anyway. She puts nothing on edline, and puts the hw on the board for two minutes. If you don't do your hw, she'll make a fool of you in front of the whole class.late to class, 10 minute detention
Unlike many students, I think Touzeau is a great teacher. I had her for three years (2, 4H, and AP), and as long as you do your work, pay attention in class, get to know her, etc. she is definitely willing to help. The workload is more than fair, but for some reason students just tend to be lazy and then accuse the teacher.
She's the kind of teacher that forms an unfair opinion of you from the start, and you have to work to disprove it. She's really narrow- minded.
GREAT TEACHER! Her attitude depends on the kids in her class. She is the only french teacher in the whole school who knows what she's doing and she really cares about her students. She is a bit strict and gives hw each night, but it's do able.
shes actually reallyyy funny sometimes. its great to laugh at her "vous-etes la?!" and her "woooooo!!"s & shes a really good teacher. the only reason i have a B in her class is cuz i didnt work hard enough. shes better than majority of the other ones anyways...
she's not that bad. she can be a little like annoying when she gets an attitude but other than that she nice. aleast she speaks englissh unlike my other frenxh teacher which drove me nuts!!
I was very interested in French and she really made us learn it. The routine was very strict, but that made it more effective. Some will find her a bit hard to get used to, but she is only trying her hardest to make everyone learn. And that, I think, she does quite well. She is a good teacher if you want to learn French.
yea, she can sometimes take things a little too far and embarass people. but seriously, if u TRY u'll realize it's really not that hard people. grow up
she's by far the best french teacher i have ever had. i'm sorry, people, but if you chose to take the subject, you shouldn't complain about her expecting you to do your work.jebus
i totally dont like this teacher at all!! you are right she never does trust her students, is so strict and she expects you to already know french!!
she expects them to major french! she is sooooo strict when it comes to homework! if you forget to do it, she'll embarass you in front of the whole class!!!
Her accent is "too french?" What does that even mean? Would you rather it sound more German? I think she's awesome. I'm majoring in French because of her.
Ms. Touzeau knows what she's talkong about but isn't very good at teaching it. Although I had an A in the class, I was confused alot of the time.
She wants all of her students to do well, but she is ridiculously strict and over reacts
Hard but helps. I just think the course is a hard one.
an amazing french teacher, best one ive had so far, she knows whats shes talking about, and is always there to help if you go in.
c'mon guys, she's not that bad!! yeah, shes strict as hell, but she's good!
she excpects all of her students to be so into school. she's actually pretty easy IF you do EVERYTHING she says (not very lenient about turning in late work)
Accent is too french--hard to understand. hated her and despised french @ first, but I remember more stuff. Still horrible tho
Shes nice but SO HARD! If you forget to bring your textbook just for ONE DAY, she makes you come in for lunch. And her accent is horrible.
This is the 2nd year that I have had her and she hasn't gotten any better. She's confusing, never believes her students and in general is an awful teacher.
I wish she could just ease up in class. She seems very uptight about stupid things, and is very meticulous over nothing.
She is so negative and paranoid.. She NEVER believes a student and is cynical and inflexible. Why cant you relax and have fun in class? We can tell you hate us.
