I had her my sophomore year, and it's easy to pass her class, difficult to get an A. Honestly if you pay attention in class and self study a little bit, the AP tests are a breeze. You'll also learn a lot about her family and Disneyland's half-marathons
i had her for AP Gov and Econ my sophomore year, and i honestly don't remember much other than she and her family had dinner with pacquiao once. she talks about disneyland a lot, and how she and ms. woo go there to people watch every so often. when she grades your notebooks she doesn't care if you doodle in it because she doesn't even really check it. she's a cool person, but i don't really like her as a teacher. her laughs make me feel somewhat uncomfortable.
Amazing person, bad teacher. Don't get me wrong, you'll love her but she just doesn't teach. If I was tested on how many turtles she has and what her family does during the holidays, I would have an A in that class. You don't use your textbook much, I mean she assigns reading but most people don't do it. If you ask for help, she will be glad to stay after school with you though.
She's not the best at teaching Econ and Gov, but if you need help, she'll gladly stay after school for tutoring. Although, she goes off topic way too much which puts us behind in our lessons. As long as you read the reading pages that are assigned, you should get an A. The tests are based heavily on the book, but she gets her FRQs from collegeboard. Overall, she's an okay teacher.
Really nice teacher, don't get me wrong, but she cannot teach AP economics. With government, it was just a bunch of hardcore memorization, so it wasn't as bad.
By the time my class comes along, she gets really bored. I once saw her on facebook, and another time shopping for clothes online. But I heard she didn't want to teach gov in the first place.
Hard to get an A but also hard to even get a C. A really cool person but as a teacher, not so good. Goes off topic a lot, doesn't prepare us for the AP test, odd grading system, unclear lessons.
Does she lose things like you lost the ability to use/spell the verb "lose", which is not the same as "loose"? It's probably you, not her. She's a fun teacher and relates well to her students.
She is an ok teacher, but she looses things. Since she went back to school her teaching has slipped.
shes the coolest teacher ive ever had. i actually learn...and she makes it easy so you dont feel so pressured to learn. i really learned alot in her class.
